With over ten years' experience in Recruitment, Personnel and Counselling, together with the ability to be empathic, genuine and intuitive, I believe I am ideally suited to this matchmaking role. I thoroughly interview everyone personally in a professional but relaxed style and am totally dedicated to fulfilling each client's needs.

About your personal interview

The interview can take up to one and a half hours and involves asking many questions about your background, interests, values and future goals. The interview needs to be thorough so that compatible introductions are much more likely. I don't believe in matching people just for the sake of it and wish to build a reputation for success, not failure.

After your interview

Once you have become a Member, you can be assured of a comprehensive matchmaking service which includes identity checking, arranging and monitoring all introductions, offering advice and feedback and on-going contact regarding the marketing and advertising strategies of the Agency. Confidentiality is, of course, paramount.

A little about Louisa

Louisa Sheridan of Yours Truly Introductions – the introduction agency for professionals in East and West Sussex, Kent and Surrey

Louisa is a divorcee and mother of two who lives with her partner Simon in Crowborough, East Sussex. She was educated at a public girls' boarding school in Kent and entered the world of recruitment and personnel in her late teens.

In 1994 she had her first daughter and opted to spend a number of years at home bringing her up. In 2001 her second daughter was born. In 2003 she decided to take the plunge and set up her own introduction agency from scratch.

Since then she has never looked back having created over 100 weddings and numerous long term relationships. She is a lover of the Arts and often visits the theatre and concerts. She is a talented singer and pianist. Much of her spare time is spent with her children although she also enjoys interior design, world travel, cooking and entertaining.
